A look at how the Pirates' farm teams fared in games played Sunday:

INDIANAPOLIS (68-55) won, 6-5, at Norfolk (Mets). Brian Bullington (8-4) allowed one unearned run and two hits in seven innings for the win. RF Alfredo Amezaga was 4 for 5 and 1B Yurendell De Caster had two hits and two RBI. LF Ray Sadler had two hits, including a home run and two runs scored. Mark Corey earned his 24th save, relieving Mike Johnston in the ninth inning.The Tides scored three runs in the bottom of the ninth.

ALTOONA (63-57) lost, 6-5, in 11 innings at Reading (Phillies). 2B Craig Stansberry hit two home runs and had three RBI. 3B Jose Bautista had two hits and a run scored and C Chris Snusz hit his first homer of the season. Matt Capps (0-2) suffered the loss allowing a Carlos Leon RBI single in the bottom of the 11th inning.

LYNCHBURG (68-53/28-21) won, 6-3, at home against Kinston (Indians). Landon Jacobsen (2-0) allowed two runs on six hits in six innings for the victory. Todd Ozias pitched a scoreless ninth inning for his 11th save. CF Nyjer Morgan and SS Brandon Chaves each had two hits and an RBI. Morgan stole his 16th base in 43 games.

HICKORY (48-66/27-21) lost, 3-2, at Lake County (Indians). Jason Quarles (0-1) gave up the winning run in the ninth inning on a wild pitch. DH Neil Walker and SS Brian Bixler had two hits apiece. 2B Dan Schwartbauer had an RBI.

WILLIAMSPORT (31-22) won, 8-2, at home against Brooklyn (Mets). The Crosscutters pounded out 16 hits, and scored six runs in the second inning. DH James Boone had four hits and 2B John Santiago had three. 1B Steven Pearce went 2 for 5 with two RBI and two runs scored. Luis Valdez (4-4) pitched five innings for the win, allowing one run and striking out five batters.

BRADENTON (24-20) had the day off.
