The Pitt football and men’s basketball games have a new radio home.

The Panthers will be heard starting this season on KDKA-FM Sportsradio 93.7, The Fan.

In the past, the Pitt football and men’s basketball games had been aired on 94.5 (WWSW-FM) and 970 (WBGG-AM).

The Pitt women’s basketball games will be broadcast on 1320 WJAS-AM.

Sportsradio 93.7 FM, which began about six months ago, is the only station in Pittsburgh to feature all-day local sports programming.

Long-time “Voice of the Panthers,” Bill Hillgrove, along with Bill Fralic for football and Dick Groat for basketball, will remain as broadcasters for the games. Curtis Aiken will provide color analysis for basketball.
