Tarue Davis, 18, was accused by Pittsburgh police on Friday, Nov. 16, 2018 of the shooting death of a man in store along Brownsville Road in Pittsburgh Nov. 2.

An 18-year-old Mount Oliver man is accused of the Nov. 2 fatal shooting of a man in a convenience store, Pittsburgh police said Friday.

Tarue Davis is accused of criminal homicide charges in connection with the death of James Loughlin, 23.

The shooting happened at about 10:30 p.m. just outside the Unimart Convenience store at 700 block of Brownsville Road.

Davis was arrested at his residence shortly before 2 p.m. Friday.

He was taken to the Allegheny County Jail.
