Bauerle Occupation: Director of Legal and Business Services of DKW Law Group, PC Age : 47 Residence: Fox Chapel Family: Married, two sons Education: Bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College; law degree from Cornell University Background : Bauerle has completed several financing projects, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, particularly in the financial services and health-care industries. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Committee on Legal Opinions and an editor of the Banking Law Journal. Noteworthy: Bauerle was named by U.S. Rep. Melissa Hart to serve on the newly created Banking and Financial Services Advisory Board. The purpose of this board is to provide Hart with insight on issues under consideration by the House Financial Services Committee. Hart, a Republican from Bradford Woods, is a member of the committee and created the advisory board. Quote: “Financial institutions in the United States lived for half a century under all the rules put in place during the Great Depression. … Changes in technology and business have led to the relaxation and repeal of most of those rules in the last two decades. … Immense opportunities are being created almost daily.
