A local woman was indicted on charges of taking duplicate Social Security payments, the U.S. Attorney's Office said.

Angela Crosby, also known as Angela Jones, 30, of Pittsburgh received payments under two names, using two Social Security numbers for more than two years, according to a federal grand jury's findings. The thefts occurred from January 2008 through July 2010.

The grand jury indicted her one count of theft of government property.
