Another pizza delivery driver was shot Monday evening during an attack in Braddock, police said.

The driver from Amos Pizza in Swissvale had been called to the address of a vacant building near the intersection of Second Street and Comrie Avenue, Chief Frank DeBartolo said. When the driver got out of the car he was attacked by four males all dressed in black, and in the process he was shot in the arm.

Information was not immediately available on the victim's condition, and police did not release his name.

"I actually feel bad for these guys out there trying to make a living," DeBartolo said. "They're putting their life on the line over a pizza and all they're doing is probably trying to survive and feed their families."

The attack came one day after an Uptown pizza driver was attacked and shot three times at the Bedford Dwellings apartment complex in the Hill District. He was taken to UPMC Mercy and listed in stable condition.

Pittsburgh police issued a warning to drivers Saturday to be alert for possible attacks after two armed robberies last week in Knoxville and Mt. Oliver.
