Police in Beaver County caught a Rochester school board member in a prostitution sting.

Center Township police on Thursday charged Joseph Long, 43, with patronizing prostitutes and attempting to patronize prostitutes, court records show.

Long arranged to meet a woman at a hotel Wednesday afternoon and agreed to pay her $120 for 20 to 30 minutes of sex, according to a criminal complaint.

A preliminary hearing for Long is scheduled for Dec. 16. Court records do not list an attorney for him.
