Police probe suspicious package in Bloomfield

The Pittsburgh bomb squad has removed a suspicious package in Bloomfield.

The package was reported about 9 a.m. off Liberty Avenue near Cedarville Avenue and Corday Way, an emergency dispatcher said.

The scene was cleared shortly before 11 a.m., the dispatcher said. He could not say what the package was.
