The following reports were issued by the state police: VALLEY — Brian Anthony Bell, 38, of Yatesboro, was driving east on Route 85 at 10:59 a.m. Wednesday when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a utility pole. He was not injured. His vehicle was towed from the scene, and Bell was issued a citation. NORTH BUFFALO — State police said a 17-year-old male was charged with intent to manufacture and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was discovered growing four marijuana plants inside a home along Wyant Road. The discovery was made at 12:05 a.m. Sept. 5. Charges were filed with Armstrong County Juvenile Probation and an investigation is continuing, police said. KITTANNING TOWNSHIP — Police said a Sears credit card was obtained in the name of Richard Lee Mills of Route 422 and used to purchase items from the Sears store on Wednesday by an unknown person. RAYBURN — A convex mirror, which assisted people driving out of St. Mary’s Catholic Church cemetery on Troy Hill Road and valued at $180, was smashed between 5 p.m. Sept 9 and 7 p.m., Sept 10. KISKI — Burglars entered the Country Kitchen restaurant, Route 156, Spring Church, between 9:30 p.m. Thursday and 5:10 a.m. Friday and stole approximately $56 in change. NORTH BUFFALO — Various gas line supplies were stolen from a construction site belonging to Armstrong Gas, Kittanning, at the end of Chechak Road between 1 p.m. Sept. 5 and 5 p.m. Thursday. Total value of the stolen items has not yet been determined, police said. PERRY — Burglars forcibly entered the Perry Township building on Queenstown Road between 3 p.m. Thursday and 8:15 a.m. Friday and stole approximately $260 in cash. A lock was cut off another building, and the building was entered but nothing appeared to have been taken. BETHEL — A 32-year-old Ford City man, not identified by police, was arrested for driving under the influence on Cochrans Mill Road near Route 2066 at 1:38 a.m. Friday. State police had been called to assist Kiski Township police to investigate an assault in which the driver of the truck was the suspect. The truck was later stopped on Shady Plains Road. REDBANK (Clarion County) — Randall A. Seidle, 52, of New Bethlehem, escaped injury after he was attempting to turn left onto Swartfagfer Road from Route 66 and turned too wide, causing his vehicle to travel over a retaining wall and into a culvert at 4:38 p.m. Friday. Police said Seidle was arrested for driving under the influence. His vehicle was severely damaged. BETHEL — State police said a Craftsman lawnmower was found in Bethel Township. No date or time was listed by police. The owner can claim the mower at the state police station in East Franklin Township or by calling 724-543-2011. COWANSHANNOCK — State police said a building owned by Shawnee Dee Reefer, 33, of Dayton, was forcibly entered and a cordless drill, an impact wrench, a reciprocating saw and flashlight, all DeWalt brand tools, and a Bostich staple gun, were stolen sometime between noon Sept 9 and 3:30 p.m. Saturday. COWANSHANNOCK — A rental trailer located at 512 12th St., in Sagamore was entered by someone kicking in the door and causing damage to the door between 7:30 p.m. Thursday and 5 p.m. Friday. Nothing was reported missing. The trailer belongs to James Dean Burns, 48, of Dayton. NORTH BUFFALO — Samantha Lynn Neal, 21, of Sportsmans Road, told police that her vehicle was entered between 10 p.m. Friday and 4 a.m. Saturday and various credit cards were stolen.
