The following reports were issued by state police:

EAST FRANKLIN -- Darwin Guscav Miller, 55, of Kittanning was charged with driving under the influence when he was stopped at a sobriety checkpoint along Route 268 at 11:40 p.m. Friday. Nadeen Miller, 49, of Kittanning was charged with driving under the influence when she was stopped along Nolte Drive at 12:30 a.m. Sunday while on her way to ACMH Hospital to check on her husband, Darwin Miller.

DAYTON -- Elizabeth A. Hawk, 64, of Dayton reported that her Dell Inspiron laptop computer was removed from her vehicle while she traveled from her home to Natrona Heights between July 14 and Aug. 2.

COWANSHANNOCK -- Floyd Cribbs, 50, reported that his residence along Wind Road near Route 1028 was entered and a .22-caliber Marlin semi-automatic rifle with Tasco scope was removed between 6:15 and 10:45 p.m. July 30.

BETHEL -- An alarm was set off when someone attempted to enter the Crooked Creek Market along Route 66 by breaking a latch on a boarded window at 11:12 p.m. Saturday. A small to medium-sized vehicle was reported to have driven away north on Route 66.

EAST FRANKLIN -- The front and rear windshields of a vehicle belonging to Deborah K. Cumberledge, 53, of Kittanning were smashed while it was parked along Lindenwood Drive between 4 and 6 a.m. Saturday.

KITTANNING TOWNSHIP -- Donald P. Ridinger, 29, of Kittanning was charged with public drunkenness after police found him walking along Route 422 near Myers Bus Garage, allegedly while under the influence of alcohol, at 3:37 a.m. Saturday.

EAST FRANKLIN -- Police did not provide the identity of a 42-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman who were stopped at a checkpoint along Route 268 at the Hilltop Plaza and arrested for suspicion of drug violations at 1 a.m. Saturday. Police said the man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and the woman allegedly had a small amount of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Charges are pending lab results, police said.

WEST FRANKLIN -- Victor A. Stivason, 55, of Cowansville received minor injuries when he lost control of his motorcycle at the intersection of Bear Street and Route 4008 at 2 p.m. Sunday.
