The following reports were issued by state police:

WORTHINGTON -- Gwen Sirochman, 30, of Saxonburg, suffered minor injuries when her vehicle collided with another vehicle at the intersection of Route 422 and Bear Street at 4:40 p.m. Tuesday. Police said Shannon Johns, 21, of Worthington, was making a right turn onto Bear Street when her vehicle was struck by Sirochman's. Police said Johns was not injured. Worthington Fire Department assisted at the scene.

EAST FRANKLIN -- A vehicle driven by Jessica N. Croyle, 18, of Adrian, collided with a road sign after Croyle lost control along Tarrtown Road at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday. Police said the road was snow covered at the time. Croyle was taken by private vehicle to ACMH Hospital for an unknown injury, police said.

WEST FRANKLIN -- A sport utility vehicle, driven by Melinda M. Klingensmith, 28, of Kittanning, collided with a pickup truck, driven by Theodore V. Wagner, 48, of Panama City, Fla. along Mushroom Farm Road at 7:15 a.m. Tuesday. Police said Klingensmith lost control of her vehicle, causing it to cross into the oncoming lane and strike Wagner's truck. Police said Klingensmith and Wagner were not wearing seat belts, but Wagner's passenger, John Haynes, 28, of Panama City, was wearing his. Police did not say if there were any injuries. Worthington and East Franklin fire departments assisted at the scene.

HARRISON (Allegheny County) -- George Anthony Fish, 40, of 791 Crain Road, Leechburg, faces charges of driving at an unsafe speed after he lost control of his pickup truck along Route 28 at 2:15 a.m. Tuesday. Police said Fish lost control of his truck along the snow covered road, causing the truck strike a guardrail, spin around and flip over into the median. Fish was taken to Allegheny Valley Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries, police said.

EAST FRANKLIN -- A known, but unidentified, driver was arrested for driving under the influence after they lost control of their vehicle and struck a guardrail while on the exit ramp from Route 422 to West Kittanning at 11:10 a.m. Tuesday. Police said the driver had taken numerous prescription medications prior to driving.

ELDERTON -- A self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) and a Personal Alert Safety System (PASS Device), belonging to the Elderton Fire Department and valued at $3,445, were stolen from a fire truck while it parked at the fire station between Dec. 23, 2007 and Jan. 7, police said. The theft was reported to police on Tuesday.

NORTH APOLLO -- Police said they are continuing to investigate the sale of a pistol in the borough on Dec. 3, 2007, in which the seller did not complete the requirements for the state-approved record of sale. Police said the pistol was recovered in Allegheny Township by local officers there. Police said the purchaser of the gun did not appear to have a criminal motive for obtaining the pistol and the pistol was not used in the commission of a crime.

WORTHINGTON -- Pamela Lee Bradford, 46, of Worthington, reported that her debit card was used by an unknown person to purchase items by phone at 10:39 a.m. Wednesday. No further details were provided to police. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 724-543-2011.
