The following reports were issued by state police: RAYBURN — Nathan Yeaples, 20, of Kittanning was charged with aggravated assault and institutional vandalism after he assaulted Shawn Crytzer, 42, of Kittanning while at the Armstrong County Jail at 2:14 p.m. Tuesday. Yeaples is currently an inmate at the facility. EAST FRANKLIN — Thomas Gauker, 41, of Adrian was arrested on charges of driving under the influence after he was stopped for a traffic violation along Route 268 at 12:20 a.m. Wednesday and was found to be intoxicated. EAST FRANKLIN — Amy L. Holmes, 23, of Tarentum was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped a vehicle along Route 422 for a vehicle code violation at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday. Holmes was a passenger in the vehicle, police said. FREEPORT — Ronald Charles Beck, 41, of Natrona Heights was arrested on charges of driving under the influence after police said he failed to stop at a traffic sign along Sixth Street at 8:43 p.m. Wednesday. RURAL VALLEY — Michelle Kay Crytzer, 33, of Rural Valley reported that a 20-inch red Huffy bike was taken from the front yard of her Main Street residence between 7:30 p.m. Thursday and 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. SUGARCREEK — Police said 200 pounds of copper wire, owned by Timothy Matthew Gerstbrein, 47, of Cowansville was stolen from property along Beagle Club Road between Feb. 7 and Friday. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 724-543-2011. REDBANK — Jeffrey A. Neiswonger, 36, of Fairmount City was charged with harassment after he struck Alexander William Callenburg, 28, of Fairmount City, in the back and head while at 240 Spruce Hill Road at 10:45 p.m. April 4.
