The following reports were issued by state police:
KITTANNING TWP. -- Police said Kent Everett Walker, 20, of Kittanning, faces charges of fleeing and eluding after he fled on foot from his vehicle after he failed to stop for police along Route 422 at 11:48 p.m. Friday.
KISKI -- A 19-year-old Apollo male, not otherwise identified by police, faces charges of driving under the influence after he was stopped by police for failing to dim his high beams along Route 56 at 12:07 a.m. Monday. Police said they believe the male was under the influence of a controlled substance at the time.
RAYBURN -- Michael Stover, 27, of Kittanning, and John Lamont, 51, of Chicora, were both cited for harassment following an altercation along Stover Road at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
