The following reports were issued by the state police: SUGARCREEK — Cheryl L. Dillon, 22, of East Brady sustained a minor injury as she was driving north on Kittanning Hollow Road at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday and lost control of her vehicle while negotiating a right turn and watching a vehicle attempting to exit a private drive. She applied the brakes and her vehicle skidded off the west edge of the roadway and struck a ditch and a wooden pole fence and came to rest in a field. A passenger in her vehicle, Roger Porter, Jr., 22, of East Brady was not injured police said. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage. BUFFALO TOWNSHIP (Butler County) — Charges of driving under the influence are pending laboratory results against Joseph Secilia, 43, of Kittanning after police stopped him for a traffic violation on Route 28 at 8:05 p.m. Friday. NORTH BUFFALO — Clint B. Wynkoop, 27, of Kittanning and Cody L. Wynkoop, 22, of Ford City engaged in an argument which escalated into a physical scuffle. During the course of the scuffle Clint Wynkoop’s finger was slammed in a door causing injury. Cody Wynkoop was arraigned before District Judge James Owen on a simple assault charge. The following reports were issued by the Kittanning Police Department: * Police are investigating the theft of money from a female resident in the 200 block of South McKean Way that occurred at 7:05 p.m. Aug. 3. * Charges are pending against two female juveniles who entered an abandoned residence in the 600 block of Hawthorn Avenue through a window at 12:11 p.m. Aug. 4. * Matthew Hawk, 18, of Kittanning was cited for underage drinking and public drunkenness after police and EMS were called to a report of an unresponsive male in the 300 block of North Grant Avenue at 8:15 p.m. Aug. 4. * A harassment charge was filed against a 16-year-old Kittanning male after he allegedly grabbed Martha Watterson at a residence on Oak Avenue at 5:45 p.m. Aug. 5. * A harassment charge was filed against Russell Hartman of Ford City (no age listed by police) after police said he allegedly made repeated derogatory comments against Jessie Shaw and Joshua Shoemaker, both of Kittanning, with the last incident being on Aug. 5. * Michael Thompson, 53, of Kittanning was cited for harassment and committed to the Armstrong County Jail after he allegedly struck a female occupant of a vehicle while on Walnut Street at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 6. * Jeremy Shankle, 30, of Kittanning was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after police observed him in an apparently intoxicated state in the 600 block of North McKean Street at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday. When police approached Shankle they said he refused to show his identification and attempted to run from officers. He was apprehended on Maple Street. * Gidget Swesner, 29, of Kittanning was cited for harassment after police said she allegedly made physical contact with Kim Faber while at a residence in the 400 block of North McKean Street at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday. * Lester Bowser, 23, of Kittanning was cited for harassment after he allegedly called and left a threatening message on a phone to another male at 7:30 p.m., Thursday. * Andrew Walbert, 26, of Kittanning was arrested and cited for public drunkenness after police observed him passed out in a yard in the 1300 block of Orr Avenue at 12:30 a.m. Friday.
