Port Authority to add service for holidays

Port Authority plans to add bus service between Downtown and Pittsburgh International Airport before and after the Thanksgiving holiday.

The extra bus trips on the 28X Airport Flyer route start Monday.

On Nov. 19-21, an additional 23 daily trips will run every 30 minutes from 9:15 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. and every 15-30 minutes from 1:45 to 7:10 p.m.

An extra 31 trips will run Sunday, Nov. 25, and 26 extra trips will run Monday, Nov. 26.
