Post offices won’t extend hours for tax deadline

Post offices in Western Pennsylvania will operate normal hours on Monday, the deadline for filing income taxes, postal officials said.

Taxpayers depositing returns in collection boxes should check the last pickup time posted on the box to ensure returns will receive the April 18 postmark, officials said.
