Scouting the race: The International Super Modifieds are fun to watch. The cars are low to the ground and fast, almost like on magnets. The cars weigh just 1,850 pounds and produce about 800 horsepower. There will be two 30-lap features for the ISMA cars. Chris Perley, a two-time winner at Jennerstown, holds the single-lap record with a time of 15.239 seconds which translates to 123.32 mph. Last season, Pat Abold won the race at Jennerstown. This season, after four races, Nokie Fornoro leads the ISMA point race by one over Perley; just 11 points separate the top five in points. All other Jennerstown weekly racing divisions will race Saturday.
