• Amvel McIver wants to use 2901 California Ave., Marshall-Shadeland, as a child care for up to 16 children.

• Turrett Campus LLC seeks permission to place a 31-square-feet wall-mounted school identification sign at 437 Turrett St., Larimer.

• Walnut Capital-Penn Highland L.P. wants to place two 54-square-feet projecting signs for an apartment building at 6002-6018 Penn Ave./111S. Highland Ave., East Liberty.
