The Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County on Wednesday approved lending $325,000 at 4 percent interest, to Tech 21 Partners, which is developing the Tech 21 Office Park in Marshall.

The money is needed for work at the park, where Medrad Inc. has built a 125,000-square-foot office-research building.
