RMU receives $562,000 science foundation grant

Robert Morris University received a $562,000 grant from the National Science Foundation to promote math, science and engineering.

The program will be open to 21 freshmen who plan to major in math, science or engineering in fall 2009. Each student in the program will receive a $6,000 scholarship toward tuition.

The five-year grant will pay for seminars, internships, research and cultural events.
