Ross policeman suspended with pay

A police officer in Ross has been suspended with pay.

The Ross commissioners voted Monday to suspend Officer Robert Gaertner indefinitely. Board President Dan DeMarco said the issue may be revisited at a Aug. 25 board meeting.

DeMarco refused comment on Gaertner's suspension, saying it is a personnel matter.
