Route 28 project should not be hindered by hillside

I want to comment on PennDOT’s plans for improvements Route 28 near Pittsburgh. I think they should make it a high-speed highway, and not worry about the looks of the hillside. Everyone who commutes to Pittsburgh has to slow down. Doris McVay, New Kensington
