Route 837 in Clairton reopened after accident

Route 837 in Clairton reopened shortly before 2 p.m. after being closed earlier today following a vehicle accident.

The accident occurred between Coal Valley Road and the Clairton Bridge.

The roadway and several utility poles were damaged in the accident, PennDOT said.
