A Scott man faces numerous charges after police accused him of swindling an Ingram woman he met on an online dating site.

Jerry Anthony Pratt Jr. bought more than $4,000 worth of merchandise and other goods while using the credit card of Mishelle L. Rayburg without her knowledge, according to a criminal complaint.

Ingram police charged Pratt, 37, with theft by deception, access device fraud and forgery, all felonies. The complaint accuses him of making 99 fraudulent transactions from Sept. 22 through Oct. 8.

Pratt is scheduled for a formal arraignment in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court on Feb. 16.

He is on probation in Allegheny County after being convicted of access device fraud, theft and identity theft. He is also on probation in Butler County because of similar convictions.
