New York right wing Jaromir Jagr has scored at least 27 goals in each of his 15 NHL seasons. He leads the Rangers with 96 points. Jagr has four goals and eight points against the Penguins this season. ... Penguins center Sidney Crosby holds a seven-point lead on San Jose's Joe Thornton in the race for the Art Ross Trophy, awarded to the league's leading scorer. Crosby, 19, is attempting to become the youngest winner of the honor.
