Pittsburgh police have arrested a second suspect implicated in a North Side slaying last month.

Ricky Rouse, 19, was arrested shortly before midnight Friday at a Kennedy hotel, police said. He is expected to be arraigned today.

Damone Porter, 21, of the North Side, a second person charged in the homicide, was arrested on Thursday, police said.

Both men, who are being held in the Allegheny County Jail, are charged with homicide in connection with the death of Antoine Cooper, 21, who was shot in the head on Hawkins Street in Perry Hilltop on Feb. 24.

A witness told 911 dispatchers that a white sport utility vehicle drove away with two men inside.
