Show respect: Vote

Fellow citizens, please vote on Election Day.

Our forefathers fought and died to give us this right, from the Revolutionary War to our present-day conflicts and all the wars in between.

The right to vote should be cherished, treated with respect and exercised.

By not voting, we are disrespecting those who served us. For all of those who have been maimed, injured or died serving our country, please vote on Election Day. Vote, and Abraham Lincoln's words will still have meaning — “that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom, and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”
