Access to the 40th Street Bridge from southbound Route 28 in Millvale will be closed on Monday night, PennDOT said.

All southbound traffic on Route 28 will be required to use the express lane traveling under the 40th Street Bridge. The restriction will occur from 8 p.m. to midnight.

Crews will be installing overhead signs.

The Millvale on-ramp will still have access to southbound Route 28 and the 40th Street Bridge.
