British singer Javine experienced a "wardrobe malfunction" when the tape on her dress came undone and bared her chest on live TV, the Daily Mail reported.
Javine was celebrating winning a shot at the "Eurovision Song Contest" when the incident occurred.
"It was during the second performance," Javine said. "I had just been told I'd won and I was jumping up and down and hugging everyone. The tape came away from my dress and it popped out."
"It's quite funny really," she added. "I'm not going to think about it now, it's one of those little things that happens during live TV."
