Snoop Dogg's hit single "Drop It Like It's Hot" featuring Pharrell tops Billboard's Hot 100 for the second straight week.    The rapper also enjoys a second week atop Billboard's Hot 100 Airplay list, a fifth week on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart, a sixth on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks roundup and a seventh on the Hot Rap Tracks chart.    Usher and Alicia Keys' former No. 1 duet "My Boo" is No. 2 on the Hot 100 for a second week.      The Hot 100 has Mario's "Let Me Love You" and Nelly's "Over and Over" featuring Tim McGraw at No. 3 and No. 4 for a second week, respectively, while Ciara's "1, 2 Step" featuring Missy Elliott climbs up one to No. 5.
