  • Noteworthy: Krance in November presented a seminar on leadership, integrity and public trust to the national police department in Kampala, Uganda, an East African nation. He was accompanied by a retired Marine Corps lieutenant general who presented a similar program to that nation's military. Krance also made a presentation to the Ugandan parliament during the four-day visit. A foundation covered the cost of the trip.
