PennDOT announced Tuesday afternoon it will seek to end the traffic logjam on Route 28 created this week by rockslide removal in Harmar. The department said it will open the right southbound lane in time for Wednesday's rush hour. The lane will close at 8:30 a.m. and remain so until 6 a.m. The lane will be open during rush hour throughout the project, which is expected to be finished around Jan. 31.
