In celebration of the release of “Dark Knight Rises,” Mayor Luke Ravenstahl launched a Facebook contest urging fans to send a video or message explaining why they are the biggest Batman fan.  The winner will receive two free passes from The Pittsburgh Film Office  for an advance screening of the movie at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday at AMC Loews Waterfront theater. The winner will also be invited to the Mayor's Proclamation Thursday of “Dark Knight Rises” Day in the City of Pittsburgh. Visit Facebook.com/City.of.Pittsburgh for rules.
