Information technology consulting company Summa Technologies Inc, Downtown, acquired for an undisclosed price the Harrison City, Westmoreland County-based sales and executive management company HarvestGold Inc.

Summa will create a new customer relationship management solutions practice headed by the HarvestGold team.
