The number of minutes varies depending on whom you ask, but “Paterno Time” is essentially, “If you are not 15 minutes early, you are late.”
If you are among the hundreds of thousands of Penn Staters who would like to rightfully honor Coach Paterno, get into your Beaver Stadium seat on “Paterno Time.” Be in your seat before the Blue Band begins its pregame extravaganza 20 minutes before kickoff. You can honor Paterno with your own actions.
Last fall, many fans entered Beaver Stadium after the opening kickoff. As we say to our Penn State freshmen, “Be a part from the start”; be a part of ESPN's “greatest show in college football” with your participation in the pregame pageantry.
