Taking care of customers
Subscribers and would-be subscribers to the Trib can use our online Customer Care Center for most transactions with the newspaper.
The Customer Care Center, tribtotalmedia.com/subscriber-services, allows customers to start subscriptions, pay their subscription bill, order a temporary halt to delivery during a vacation and order back issues of the newspaper.
The Customer Care Center has information for other kinds of customers, too. There are instructions for placing classified advertising and about placing ads for cars, real estate, employment and legal ads. After registering, businesses interested in other kinds of advertising - in the newspaper or on PittsburghLIVE.com - can download advertising media kits.
Tribune-Review and Pittsburgh Tribune-Review readers can also use the Customer Care Center to let us know about problems. There is a form for reporting delivery problems and another form to report broken or empty coin boxes. Yet another form allows users to submit general feedback about delivery or billing.
Although the Trib is available to purchase at most news stands and stores, the Customer Care Center includes a list of the newest locations to buy the newspaper.
