Talks resume next week on plans by Hugo Boss to shut its men’s suit factory near Cleveland.

The April 27 shutdown could cost 375 jobs. The union, which says the Brooklyn, Ohio, plant is profitable, has attracted support from political leaders and actor Danny Glover.

The company says the plant isn’t globally competitive. The Workers United union said Wednesday both sides agreed to talk after a regional National Labor Relations Board finding.

The agency says there’s probable cause to believe Hugo Boss hadn’t negotiated in good faith. The company says it’s greatly concerned about its employees and will work toward “the best possible outcome.”
