Tarnished ‘Gold’

I think it is about time for the highly paid Port Authority executives to meet in closed session and come up with a new motto, since the current one, "Gold Service," is really false advertising.

I find it truly ironic that with the increase of fares, the customers are experiencing longer lines at South Hills Village. Only one employee is there to check passes and collect money. The decreases in service into Pittsburgh also forces riders to stand instead of sit.

I am really fed up. I think the "Gold Service" has just deteriorated into a certain shade of brown.
