Oscar-winner Tatum O'Neal is guest-starring in this season's final two episodes of "Rescue Me" on the FX channel.
O'Neal will play Maggie, the hard-living sister of Denis Leary's firefighter character, Tommy Gavin, Zap2it.com reported Friday.
O'Neal became the youngest actress to win an Academy Award when she was named Best Supporting Actress in March 1974 for her role alongside her father, Ryan, in director Peter Bogdanovich's "Paper Moon."
Her other film credits include "The Bad News Bears," "International Velvet," "Little Darlings" and "Basquiat."
The "Rescue Me" episodes featuring O'Neal are scheduled to run Tuesday and Sept. 13.
