Help, I'm being taxed to death and even after death.
Filthy property taxes are definitely at the top of the list. All Pennsylvania's Senators voted to have the Legislative Budget & Finance Committee study the feasibility of the Stop Taxing Our Properties (STOP) legislation SB 717 & 718. The answer came back with a resounding, yes, it will work just fine. They were introduced by property owners' hero's Sen. Sean Logan, and Rep. Marc Gergely will soon reintroduce the House version.
The primaries got rid of some non-supporters, but we must extend the Harrisburg boot in November. We did spring cleaning, so now let's do some fall cleaning.
All the legislators not in support of total elimination of your home's property taxes, could not care less about you. Return them the favor with the ballot and end their time on easy street, their perks, excessive pay, retirement, etc. Remind them who they are supposed to be working for.
There's a more eco-friendly way to eliminate these pests than tar and feathers or tea dumping, Vote them out!
