When Tom “I’ll tax everything and anything” Wolf was running for governor, he loved to tell his voting base that he would tax the moneymaking gas and oil industry.

And it cheered, enjoying the taxation of the rich.

I wonder why Taxing Tom did not mention before the election that he always planned on taxing lottery winnings. And why I don’t hear that same cheering now.
