Teen arrested for tagging Mel Blount Youth Home
State police in Washington County have arrested a high school senior for spray painting racist graffiti at the Mel Blount Youth Home.
Philip D. Breese, 18, of Claysville was charged with ethnic intimidation, criminal mischief, criminal conspiracy and criminal trespass, police said. Breese and two other people spray painted swastikas and other racist writings at the facility in Buffalo Township on June 3, police said. Charges were pending this morning against the other two suspects, police said.
Breese is being held in Washington County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
