I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank the following people who made this recent Thanksgiving holiday a special one for six families in our area.
Pete Tranchita and Carol, Don DiGugliemo and Jane Croftcheck all were responsible for providing the First Christian Church of Brownsville with the means to provide holiday meals in homes where such generosity was needed and gratefully received.
It is, indeed, comforting to realize that these individuals, and the organizations for which they work, have a deep and abiding commitment to the welfare of the residents of this county, generally, and this area, specifically.
