At their regular meeting on April 29, Bullskin Township supervisors Scott Keefer and Walter “Deb” Wiltrout said in 2010, they were forced to hire an independent CPA. As reported by the Daily Courier ( “Bullskin supervisors hire outside auditor” ), they hired a CPA not at the fault of township auditors but at the defiance of the supervisors.

They withheld township documents from the elected auditors and actually obstructed them from doing their job ( “Bullskin's auditors press for paperwork from supervisors” ).

After a lengthy process, the auditors took the supervisors to court and won a decision ordering them to turn over township records to the auditors so that they could do a thorough and accurate audit ( “Judge orders Bullskin to provide information” ).

The next day, supervisors held a special meeting and hired a CPA, even after requests from the auditors to let them finish the audit.

These two supervisors love to try and twist and turn the facts to defend their wrongdoing and their corrupt political careers. But these are the facts in black and white.
