A third man has been sentenced in federal court in Pittsburgh for his role in a heroin distribution ring that operated in West Mifflin and Pittsburgh.

Frankie Lee Walker, 51, of East Stroudsburg, Monroe County, was sentenced by Senor U.S. District Judge Alan N. Bloch for his role in a conspiracy involving three other men to distribute more than 1 kilogram of cocaine.

Walker was sentenced to 37 months in prison followed by three years supervised release. Two other convicted members of the conspiracy, Darnell Jackson, 44, of Braddock and Everett Hunt, 50, of Rahway, N.J., were sentenced to prison terms last month.
