Once again we will be publishing a Thanksgiving edition Thursday, packed with holiday news and features that we hope will make your Turkey Day more enjoyable. With Thanksgiving traditionally marking the start of the Christmas shopping season, our holiday edition also will feature advertisements and gift suggestions to make that task a bit easier.

The Thanksgiving edition will be delivered to all Tribune-Review subscribers, both seven-day and Sunday-only. In addition, the holiday editions will be available at most locations where the Sunday Tribune-Review is sold.

Here's a sampling of what you'll find in that holiday edition:

- We tell the story of a Somerset County town that was forever changed by the events of Sept. 11, 2001. The residents of Shanksville talk about their attempts to return to normal lives after the crash of United Airlines Flight 93.

- A Uniontown educator talks frankly about how cancer has changed his life - for the better.

And finally, for fun facts and useful information about Thanksgiving, see "All Things Thanksgiving" here on PittsburghLive, livesite.pittsburghlive.com/x/s_4669.html
