The Fighting Irish are seeking their first postseason victory since a 24-21 victory over Texas A&M in the Cotton Bowl to end the 1993 season. ... The Warriors, still stinging from their blowout loss to Georgia in the Sugar Bowl to finish last season 12-1, are seeking their fourth consecutive Hawaii Bowl victory.
