"Arrested Development" star Tony Hale and his Emmy Award-winning wife, Martel, have welcomed a daughter to the family, it was reported Tuesday. Loy Ann Hale was born Feb. 24 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, weighing in at 6 pounds, 4 ounces, People magazine said. Hale played Byron "Buster" Bluth on the canceled Fox comedy. He has several film roles coming up, People noted, including "Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector," "RV" with Robin Williams and Cheryl Hines and "Stranger Than Fiction" with Will Ferrell.
