Comment: “There are no other plans for the property,” said Greg Wisyanski, chief financial officer, Shaner Capital L.P.

Comment: “We think it’s a great deal for the park. It’s a quality company and a reflection of continuing demand for the park and the hot real estate market for northern Allegheny and southern Butler counties,” said Don Smith, president, RIDC.
