Traffic merging from the Parkway East and downtown Pittsburgh to the outbound Fort Duquesne Bridge will have to use caution this morning while crews remove and replace pavement markings.

Between 6 and 8 a.m., traffic on the ramp that carries traffic from Commonwealth Place, Fort Pitt Boulevard and Exit 70C on the Parkway East to the Fort Duquesne Bridge will be restricted. Motorists will be required to stop fully before merging.
